Yoder's Southern Creamery
All of our flavors are made in small batches with personal care and attention. Every ounce is drawn out by hand and carefully crated by our creamery team. We make ice cream the old fashioned way - with quality, care, and superior ingredients. This is what makes our product the creamiest ice cream in Florida. We make all of our ice cream right here in Sarasota, FL - our home town. We are always listening to our customers and making creative new flavors.

Dairy Mix
Dairy-Mix is dedicated to producing the highest-quality ice cream mix on the market and providing its customers with exceptional service, flavor, texture and food safety. Our ice cream mix is processed using the highest-quality ingredients found in the United States. The raw milk we use in our mix is rBST-free and is sourced from Florida dairy farming families, while our sweetener is non-GMO cane sugar. We never use high fructose corn syrup in any of our products.

Prairie Farms
We are a farmer-owned cooperative. This means we are owned and operated by over 600 farm families who are critical members of society. We have represented American agriculture since our founding in 1938. Many of our dairy farms are operated by several generations of family members with roots dating back to the 1800s. On average, each farm milks around 120 cows and everyone pitches in to keep them happy and healthy - which means around-the-clock care!
